  • Explain relevant courses, services and opportunities.
  • Follow up with enquiries and maintain lead records.
  • Coordinate with counsellors and the internal team.

What We're Looking For

  • Good verbal communication and confident calling skills.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable speaking with leads.
  • Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

  • Explain documentation and application requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good counselling and client-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of study abroad and visa processes is preferred.
  • Relevant experience will be an advantage.
